Friendly folks who put your car back together when bad things happen.

My wife's car got damaged again and we brought it back to Rossi.

Her front bumper was hanging pretty low and askew after the accident. As usual they were super busy and were not able to do anything for a few weeks but they were able to put a few screws in to hold things together while we waited.

When the appointment time came, we dropped it off and got a call a few days later as promised and the accident was erased.

We will be back next time to Rossi.

Rossi Collision Center did a wonderful job repairing and refinishing the paint damage to my front bumper. Their customer service was top notch. They performed high quality work, returning the car to me earlier than expected and in perfect condition with no signs of the previous damage. They arranged a rental car for me and even performed a complimentary interior detailed cleaning of the vehicle, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them for anyone who’s in need of auto body repairs.

Rossi did an awesome job on my 2025 Equinox! Something scraped up against ny wheel well and scraped it badly! They fixed it and it looks like new again! They washed my SUV and made it look like it came off the show room floor! I will definately go back to them for any automotive repair which I hope I never need to. My whole experience from beginning to end was great! Lisa was very courteous and customer service oriented! I am very satisfied and happy! Thank you Rossi! 😎

Rossi body shop is amazing! Perfection is their motto. We recently had both of our vehicles in their body shop. One for hail damage, the other for a mishap on my part. They did an absolutely amazing job!!! Jason K was great to work with, he is very detailed, customer oriented, friendly. and easy to talk to. I believe, Jason’s motto is, “it’s a team effort to make perfection”. Mike R also was great to work with. We’ve taken our vehicles to Rossi body for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. They even keep you informed of your car’s progress via app. Very professional work with high quality materials used and precise paint matching. Reasonable pricing for such a great experience, and always open to a free quote! Highly recommend!

Job was done as promised and done well. Insurance was not involved so I appreciated the fair price of the job.

Bill was very friendly and worked with me in getting the cost my car repair down. My car had a huge dent in one of side door. It required a new door and a bottom panel replaced. He offered to get salvaged parts. Rossi did an excellent job-beyond my expectations. I was afraid the paint on the replaced door wouldn’t match the rest of the exterior. Rossi painstakingly took the time to blend the color seamlessly. I am so pleased. I would definitely recommend Rossi to anyone needing auto body repair.

Truck looks amazing. Quick service. They kept me informed via text each step of the process. Very satisfied.

Had a small scratch on my vehicle. Brought it to Rossi and Bill worked on it for about 20 min while I waited. Then I was encouraged to do a bit more on my own at home, with detailed instructions to make it better. I was then invited to bring it back for some sanding and polishing. I brought it back and after Bill worked on it for another 20 minutes, he encouraged me to work on it a bit more and bring it back.

When I returned, Bill spent around 30 min sanding, and polishing it to a point where it's hardly noticeable. When I asked how much I owe, I was told, "Nothing, don't worry about it. Just tell your friends." So, that's what I'm doing. Exceptional service. Quality work!

Hit a deer with my 2019 Subaru Forester. Rossi thought it would take seven days to fix and they had it done in three. Flawless job. My insurance includes rental car coverage and Rossi set up the rental car for me and Enterprise picked me up at Rossi and took me to a car. When my car was ready, I just left the rental at Rossi. Rossi's customer service people are extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. The interior and exterior of my car were detailed/cleaned to perfection when I picked it up. In the last 30 years I've used Rossi, now three times, every time the service and the workmanship have been spot on. I'd never go anywhere else.

If you are in need of auto body work, I would highly recommend Rossi! They are very knowledgeable on how insurance handles the claims/repairs. They got me in right away for an estimate and then I was back about 2 weeks later for the auto body work to get done. They did a wonderful job replacing the rear bumper on my car. They communicate with you throughout the process.

Great body shop. They got a nasty door ding out and made it look like it never happened, at half the price I was quoted at another shop in town.
