Had a small scratch on my vehicle. Brought it to Rossi and Bill worked on it for about 20 min while I waited. Then I was encouraged to do a bit more on my own at home, with detailed instructions to make it better. I was then invited to bring it back for some sanding and polishing. I brought it back and after Bill worked on it for another 20 minutes, he encouraged me to work on it a bit more and bring it back.When I returned, Bill spent around 30 min sanding, and polishing it to a point where it's hardly noticeable. When I asked how much I owe, I was told, "Nothing, don't worry about it. Just tell your friends." So, that's what I'm doing. Exceptional service. Quality work!
Hit a deer with my 2019 Subaru Forester. Rossi thought it would take seven days to fix and they had it done in three. Flawless job. My insurance includes rental car coverage and Rossi set up the rental car for me and Enterprise picked me up at Rossi and took me to a car. When my car was ready, I just left the rental at Rossi. Rossi's customer service people are extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. The interior and exterior of my car were detailed/cleaned to perfection when I picked it up. In the last 30 years I've used Rossi, now three times, every time the service and the workmanship have been spot on. I'd never go anywhere else.

If you are in need of auto body work, I would highly recommend Rossi! They are very knowledgeable on how insurance handles the claims/repairs. They got me in right away for an estimate and then I was back about 2 weeks later for the auto body work to get done. They did a wonderful job replacing the rear bumper on my car. They communicate with you throughout the process.

Rossi collision center does top notch, quality work. After a deer hit with my truck, I was able to get into Rossi within 3 weeks to get my truck looking like new again! Most other body shops told me it would be several months before they could work on my truck. I have had 3 vehicles repaired by Rossi and have been extremely happy with the results each time!
